• Accept that subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled
• Understand that refunds are provided at our discretion

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Bot
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Bot
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Bot

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Bot (including but not limited to software, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, and code) are and will remain the exclusive property of Ravex and its licensors.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and/or announcing it in our support server.
